Brigade Enterprises to Invest ~₹400 Crore to Develop a New Project in Chennai

Marking a significant move in expanding its commercial portfolio, Brigade Enterprises Limited, a prominent real estate developer, announced a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Agni Estates & Foundations Pvt Ltd on April 15, 2024. This partnership will develop Brigade Tech Boulevard, a premium office space project in Chennai. Brigade Enterprises plans to invest approximately ₹400 crores in developing this project, showcasing its confidence in the burgeoning Chennai market.

The project spans two towers and boasts a total leasable area of 8.36 lakh square feet. This substantial offering caters to the growing demand for high-quality office space in Chennai’s thriving business landscape.

The announcement comes on the heels of Brigade Group’s successful completion of the iconic “World Trade Center” on OMR, further solidifying its reputation for delivering state-of-the-art commercial projects. Brigade Tech Boulevard is poised to become another landmark development, attracting leading companies and contributing to Chennai’s dynamic commercial ecosystem.
