As per circulars from BSE and NSE, HDFC Bank Ltd. has announced an allotment of equity shares to the shareholders of Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. w.e.f 13-Jul-23. 42 equity shares with a face value of Re 1/- each of HDFC Bank Ltd. to be issued as fully paid up equity shares for every 25 fully paid up equity shares with a face value of Rs 2/- each held by shareholders of Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd.
In view of the above, the existing F&O contracts of expiry months July 2023, August 2023, and September 2023 will expire on 12-Jul-23.
It is hereby notified that the following security will be suspended from trading w.e.f 13-Jul-23.
