The amalgamation of Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd. into Saurashtra Cement Ltd.
As per a BSE circular, Saurashtra Cement Ltd has announced the allotment of equity shares to Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd. shareholders w.e.f 21-Apr-23. 62 equity shares with a face value of Rs.10/- each of Saurashtra Cement Ltd. to be issued as fully paid up equity shares for every 100 fully paid up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10/- each held by shareholders of Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd.
It is hereby notified that the following security will be suspended from trading w.e.f 21-Apr-23.
