MOTHERSUMI to get a new identity
Incorporated in 1986, Motherson Sumi Systems Limited is one of the leading manufacturers of automotive wiring harnesses and mirrors for passenger cars in India. It is also a leading supplier of plastic components and modules to the automotive industry. It is a joint venture between Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd of India and Sumitomo Wiring Systems Ltd. (SWS) of Japan. Motherson Sumi Systems Limited has changed its name to Samvardhana Motherson International Limited.
As per recent circulars of NSE and BSE, the name and symbol of Motherson Sumi Systems Limited will be changed as follows w.e.f 09-Jun-22.
