MindTree Ltd (MINDTREE) Corporate Action

As per a circular, MindTree Ltd has announced the allotment of 73 fully paid-up equity shares of Re 1 each of L&T Infotech for every 100 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each of MindTree Ltd, due to the scheme of amalgamation of MindTree with L&T Infotech Ltd.

All existing contracts in the underlying MINDTREE, expiring on or after 22 November 2022, i.e. contracts expiring in the month of November-2022, December-2022, and January-2023, shall expire on 22 November 2022.

If you have any existing open positions in these contracts, kindly take the below steps:

  • Maintain 50% of the contract value on or before 22-Nov-22 to avoid RMS square-off and/or margin shortfall penalty.
  • Square-off any existing open positions by 22-Nov-22 to avoid physical settlement and/or margin shortfall penalty.

    • The list of option strikes from which specific strike prices would be made available for these contracts will be communicated via a separate circular to be issued on 22-Nov-22 post-market hours.
