Per a circular, Tata Steel Ltd. has announced the allotment of equity shares to Tata Steel Long Products Ltd. shareholders w.e.f 17-Nov-23. 67 equity shares of Tata Steel Ltd. to be issued for every 10 equity shares held by shareholders of Tata Steel Long Products Ltd.
