Amalgamation of Tata Steel Long Products Ltd. and Tata Steel Ltd.
Per a circular, Tata Steel Ltd. has announced the allotment of equity shares to Tata Steel Long Products Ltd. shareholders w.e.f 17-Nov-23. 67 equity shares of Tata Steel Ltd. to be issued for every 10 equity shares held by shareholders of Tata Steel Long Products Ltd.
The following security will be suspended from trading w.e.f 17-Nov-23.
