As per a BSE circular, PVR Ltd has announced the allotment of equity shares to INOX Leisure Ltd. shareholders w.e.f 17-Feb-23. 3 equity shares with a face value of Rs.10/- each of PVR Ltd. to be issued as fully paid up equity shares for every 10 fully paid up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10/- each held by shareholders of INOX Leisure Ltd.
