Aarti Industries Ltd (AARTIIND) Corporate Action

As per NSE’s circular, Aarti Industries Ltd has announced the allotment of 1 equity share of Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. for every 4 equity shares of Aarti Industries Ltd.

All existing contracts in the underlying AARTIIND, expiring on or after October 18, 2022, i.e. contracts expiring in the month of October-2022, November-2022 and December-2022, shall expire on October 18, 2022.

All existing contracts with expiry dates October 27, 2022, November 24, 2022 and December 29, 2022, will expire on October 18, 2022.

If you have any existing open positions in these contracts, kindly take the below steps:

  • Maintain 50% of the contract value on or before 18-Oct-22 to avoid RMS square-off and/or margin shortfall penalty.
  • Square-off any existing open positions by 18-Oct-22 to avoid physical settlement and/or margin shortfall penalty.

    • The AARTIIND F&O Contracts for the above expiry dates will be re-introduced for trading on 19-Oct-22.

    The list of option strikes from which specific strike prices would be made available for these contracts will be communicated via a separate circular to be issued on 18-Oct-22 post market hours.
