The company has fixed Wednesday, June 24, 2026, as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the 5:1 bonus issue, under which shareholders will receive 5 bonus equity shares for every 1 equity share held.
The record date was approved by shareholders on June 17, 2026, following the Board's earlier recommendation for the bonus issue.
In accordance with the applicable SEBI circular, the deemed date of allotment for the bonus shares has been fixed as June 25, 2026.
The company said the bonus equity shares will be credited in dematerialised form under the existing ISIN after completion of the required formalities with the stock exchanges and depositories.
