Zen Technologies has reported a new order of total aggregate value of ₹120 crores (including GST) from the Ministry of Defence.
The order covers the supply of a Comprehensive Training Node (CTN), a package that brings together several training simulators and related equipment.
As per the exchange filing, the company categorised the order as domestic, awarded directly by a government authority.
The CTN consists of a suite of simulators to support different stages of defence training. The filing lists the components as a single consolidated order rather than separate system contracts.
No details were provided on the number of units or specific simulator types, only that the supply covers various equipment forming part of the broader training node.
The company stated that the work is expected to be completed within 1 year. This timeline applies to the supply and installation of all equipment included in the CTN.
Zen Technologies confirmed that the order does not fall under any related-party arrangements, and the promoters or group companies have no involvement with the awarding entity.
The value of ₹120 crore represents the total consideration for the entire suite, inclusive of GST. The annexed document notes that the order is limited to the CTN package, without any reference to additional services such as maintenance or long-term training support.
The contract is listed as fully domestic, with no overseas suppliers or foreign procurement components mentioned.
