Waaree Energies Limited has announced a fresh international order win through its overseas arm, adding to its global solar module supply pipeline over the next two years.
The company informed exchanges that its wholly owned arm, Waaree Solar Americas Inc., has received an order to supply 150 MW of solar modules from a reputed overseas solar power developer operating in the independent power producer segment.
The contract was confirmed on February 4, 2026, and covers module deliveries scheduled across calendar years 2026 and 2027. The order is categorised as a standalone supply contract tied specifically to module procurement.
The supply will be executed in phases over the 2026-27 period, giving the group forward export visibility from its international subsidiary operations.
The company clarified that the buyer is an unrelated third party and the transaction is not linked to promoter group entities.
