
Voltas Limited, the Tata Group’s air conditioning and engineering solutions company, announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The company stated that it delivered a resilient performance despite global uncertainty, supply chain disruptions, and currency volatility. Voltas also retained its leadership position in the Room Air Conditioner segment through product portfolio expansion, channel growth, and marketing initiatives.
Q4 FY26 Performance
For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, Voltas reported consolidated total income of ₹4,930 crore, compared to ₹4,847 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Profit before tax (PBT) for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹185 crore, lower than ₹343 crore reported in Q4 FY25. Profit after tax (PAT) came in at ₹113 crore compared to ₹236 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company said its Unitary Cooling Products business remained the key revenue contributor during the quarter.
FY26 Full-Year Financial Highlights
For the full financial year FY26, consolidated total income stood at ₹14,483 crore, compared to ₹15,737 crore recorded in FY25.
Profit before tax for FY26 declined to ₹557 crore from ₹1,191 crore in the previous financial year. Net profit for the year stood at ₹370 crore, lower than ₹834 crore reported in FY25.
The decline in profitability came amid challenging global business conditions, currency volatility, and supply chain disruptions impacting overall margins.
Segment-Wise Performance
The Unitary Cooling Products segment generated revenue of ₹3,493 crore during Q4 FY26 and ₹9,501 crore for the full year. Segment results stood at ₹174 crore for the quarter and ₹305 crore for FY26.
The Electro-Mechanical Projects and Services segment reported revenue of ₹1,190 crore during the quarter and ₹4,053 crore for FY26. Segment profit stood at ₹76 crore in Q4 FY26 and ₹299 crore for the year.
The Engineering Products and Services segment generated revenue of ₹168 crore in the quarter and ₹599 crore during FY26, with segment profit standing at ₹38 crore and ₹158 crore respectively.
On May 15, 2026, Voltas share price opened at ₹1,280.20. At 10:08 AM, the share price of Voltas was trading at ₹1,257.70, down by 2.77% on the NSE.

Voltas witnessed stable revenue performance in FY26 despite a challenging operating environment. While profitability declined due to external pressures and market volatility, the company maintained leadership in the air conditioning market and continued to strengthen its diversified business portfolio across cooling products, engineering services, and infrastructure projects.
