
Vidya Wires Limited, a manufacturer of winding and conductivity products, has announced its consolidated sales performance for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The company reported revenue growth during the period, reflecting improved operational performance and expansion of its production capabilities.
The quarter also marked a significant milestone for the company with the successful commencement of commercial production at its wholly-owned subsidiary, ALCU Industries Private Limited. This development is expected to strengthen the company’s manufacturing capacity and support its future growth plans.
For the fourth quarter of FY26, Vidya Wires reported consolidated sales of ₹5,979.29 million compared to ₹3,796.20 million in the same quarter of the previous financial year. The company recorded a quarter-on-quarter growth of about 57.5%.
For the full financial year 2026, Vidya Wires posted consolidated sales of ₹18,347.43 million, compared to ₹14,742.87 million in FY2025. This reflects a year-on-year growth of approximately 24.4%.
One of the key highlights of the quarter was the commencement of commercial production at ALCU Industries Private Limited, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary. The start of operations at this facility represents an important step in Vidya Wires’ strategy to expand its manufacturing footprint.
The additional capacity is expected to support the company’s ability to cater to growing demand while enhancing operational efficiency and product supply capabilities.
On April 8, 2026, Vidya Wires share price opened at ₹55.00. At 12:54 PM, the share price of Vidya Wires was trading at ₹55.87, up by 4.41% on the NSE.
