The Committee of Directors at Vedanta Limited has approved the issuance of unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures via a private placement.  

The issuance involves up to 3,50,000 debentures, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000. The total fundraising target is set at ₹3,500 crore, with the securities proposed for listing on the BSE Limited platform.
