Vedanta Aluminium's board has approved a first interim dividend of ₹8 per equity share with a face value of ₹1 for the financial year 2026–27. The total dividend payout amounts to ₹3,128.55 crore.
As per the Companies Act, 2013, the dividend is expected to be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration.
Vedanta Aluminium delivered strong financial performance during the quarter ended June 2026.
The company reported a 216% year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹5,629 crore, compared with ₹1,718 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations rose 46% year-on-year to ₹21,393 crore, up from ₹14,654 crore in the same period of the previous financial year.
On the operational front, EBITDA increased 134% to a record ₹10,499 crore, compared with ₹4,479 crore a year earlier. The EBITDA margin improved significantly to 50%, from 31%, supported by higher sales volumes, improved cost efficiencies and a better product mix.

Vedanta Aluminium Metal share price (NSE: VAML ) was trading at ₹467.10, up 1.55% (₹7.15) in intraday trade as of 11:36 AM on August 4. The stock opened at ₹460.10, touched an intraday high of ₹470.00 and a low of ₹455.60.
