
Varroc Engineering has added a new electric mobility programme to its global order book after securing a long-term supply contract from a leading electric vehicle manufacturer.
The company has received a strategic business win to supply AC bi-directional wall chargers designed for electric vehicles.
The chargers will be Energy Star-compliant and engineered to deliver high stability, advanced safety and consistent charging performance.
The programme strengthens Varroc’s position in the electric mobility ecosystem and expands its presence in passenger vehicle electronics.
Manufacturing for the programme will be carried out at Varroc’s facility in Romania, with production aligned to global quality and delivery standards.
The contract is expected to run for 6 years, with peak annual business value estimated at ₹4,391 million, equivalent to around $48 million. Capacity will be scaled in line with forecast volumes over the life of the programme.
The new order aligns with Varroc’s broader focus on automotive electronics, advanced safety systems, electric powertrain solutions and connected mobility.
As per the exchange filings, Mr. Dhruv Jain, CEO – Business II, Varroc, stated, “This business win underlines Varroc’s commitment to delivering world-class electronics solutions to our OEM partners.”
It added, “We are excited to collaborate with the automotive ecosystem and provide innovative solutions that enable safe, smart, and sustainable mobility across the world.”

As of February 4, 2026, at 9:59 AM, Varroc Engineering Ltd share price is trading at ₹610.50 per share, reflecting a gain of 5.39% from the previous closing price. Over the past month, the stock has declined by 4.92%.
With a 6-year EV charger supply contract and manufacturing planned in Romania, Varroc Engineering continues to scale its electric mobility portfolio and deepen its engagement with global electric vehicle manufacturers.
