Varroc Engineering Limited, a prominent global automotive supplier, has been awarded the In-Cabin Infotainment & Connected Technology Award at the ET AutoTech Awards 2026.
This accolade recognises VarrocLink, a connectivity ecosystem designed to transform in-vehicle infotainment through customisation and integration.
VarrocLink stands out by offering a unique solution to in-cabin infotainment challenges. Unlike conventional systems, it employs an Asynchronous Architecture, offloading critical tasks like high-precision navigation to the onboard GPS. This approach addresses issues such as mobile battery drain and GPS reliability, particularly in low-connectivity areas.
The platform allows for bespoke OEM-branded UI/UX development, enabling manufacturers to customise their digital interfaces without relying on third-party licensing.
Currently, VarrocLink is being integrated into next-generation models of a major Indian OEM, enhancing connected-car capabilities in traditionally underserved segments.
VarrocLink is designed to be segment-agnostic, scalable across various vehicle categories, including 4-wheelers, ICE and EVs, passenger and commercial vehicles, and multi-axle commercial vehicles.
The platform offers standard features like music control, call and SMS alerts, and event calendar synchronisation. It also provides a 360-degree view of the car on mobile devices using the onboard surround view system.
VarrocLink is set to evolve into a comprehensive Vehicle Command platform. Upcoming features include remote diagnostics, vehicle health monitoring, remote air-conditioning control, and more. These enhancements aim to provide a seamless and efficient user experience for drivers.
As per the exchange filing, Mr. Dhruv Jain, Whole-time Director and CEO, Varroc Business II, said: "At Varroc, our endeavour is to deliver brilliance at scale, to build solutions that are rooted in the realities of local markets while meeting global benchmarks of performance and quality.
Varroc Link reflects that approach. It addresses genuine challenges faced by Indian OEMs and drivers alike, and we are proud to see it recognised as a meaningful step forward towards safe, smart and sustainable mobility."
As of June 24, 2026, at 1:55 PM, Varroc Engineering share price on NSE was trading at ₹611.60, up by 0.82% from the previous closing price.
Varroc Engineering's VarrocLink platform has been acknowledged for its innovative approach to in-cabin infotainment and connectivity. The platform's integration into various vehicle categories and its planned evolution into a Vehicle Command platform underscore its impact on the automotive technology landscape.
