For the first six months of FY27, the total revenue from operations reached ₹2,042 crore, compared to ₹1,692 crore in the same period the previous year, showing a 21% year-on-year growth.
The SSSG for this period was 6%, with V-Mart at 5% and Unlimited at 12%. These revenue figures are provisional and subject to review by the company's statutory auditors.
Store Openings and Closures
During the quarter, V-Mart Retail opened 23 new stores and closed 1 store, resulting in a total of 613 operating stores by the end of Q2. The new store openings included 7 in Uttar Pradesh, 3 each in Bihar and Madhya Pradesh, 2 each in Punjab and Tamil Nadu, and 1 each in Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Rajasthan, and West Bengal.
