V-Guard Industries share price gained sharply on July 30, 2026, after the company reported strong financial results for the quarter ended June 2026. The growth was supported by higher revenue, improved operating performance, and margin expansion. 

As of July 30, 2026, at 11:34 AM, V-Guard Industries share price was trading at ₹322.95 each on the NSE, up 6.95% for the day. During the session, the stock touched an intraday high of ₹338.80, a gain of about 12.20% over the previous close of ₹301.95. 

V-Guard Industries Q1 FY27 Results 

V-Guard Industries reported a consolidated net profit of ₹130 crore for Q1 FY27, compared with ₹74 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, marking a 75.7% year-on-year increase. 

Revenue from operations rose 23.5% YoY to ₹1,811 crore from ₹1,466 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting healthy business growth during the quarter. 

The company's operating performance also improved significantly. EBITDA increased 55.2% YoY to ₹192 crore from ₹124 crore in Q1 FY26. 

Margin Expansion Supports Earnings Growth 

The quarter also saw an improvement in profitability, with the EBITDA margin expanding to 10.6% from 8.4% a year earlier, an increase of 220 basis points. 

The higher margin, along with revenue growth, helped the company deliver a stronger rise in profit compared to sales growth. 

V-Guard Industries Shareholding Pattern 

As of the June 2026 quarter, promoters held a 53.22% stake in the company, unchanged from the previous quarter.  

Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) reduced their holding marginally to 12.01% from 12.07% in the March 2026 quarter. While the Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) held 23.24%, slightly lower than 23.39% in the previous quarter.

V-Guard Industries reported higher revenue, improved operating margins, and a 75.7% increase in net profit in Q1 FY27. Following the earnings announcement, the company's share price rose over 12% intraday, reflecting a positive market reaction to its quarterly performance.
