Urban Company Limited has announced that its quick service housekeeping vertical, InstaHelp, crossed 50,000 daily bookings on February 22, 2026. The milestone was achieved in less than 1 year since the pilot launch of the service in March 2025. 

Urban Company's InstaHelp Records 51,520 Daily Bookings 

On February 23, 2026, Urban Company informed the stock exchanges that InstaHelp, its quick service housekeeping vertical, crossed 50,000 daily bookings on Sunday, February 22, 2026, with approximately 51,520 bookings recorded.  

Launched as a pilot in Mumbai in March 2025, the service has scaled in select micro-markets across 5 major metros — Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Pune.  

InstaHelp offers consumers housekeeping services for tasks like cleaning, dishwashing, laundry and meal preparation, with service delivery promised within 10 to 15 minutes from the time of booking. 

Comparison With Core Business Milestone 

The company noted that while not a like-to-like comparison, Urban Company's India Consumer Services business reached the milestone of 50,000 bookings in a day approximately 6 years from the start of operations.  

The 50,000+ bookings milestone for InstaHelp represents a peak day, with long-term growth to be shaped by sustained customer retention, service quality and scaling availability of professionals.

Management Commentary on Growth 

Commenting on the milestone, Abhiraj Singh Bhal, CEO and Co-founder of Urban Company Limited, stated that crossing 50,000+ daily bookings reflects strong consumer demand for reliable, on-demand housekeeping services.  

He added that the company is investing to build a large, high-frequency category that deepens platform engagement, with results starting to become visible with respect to improving unit economics and growing repeat usage. 

Service Professional Earnings and Benefits 

As per Urban Company's 9M FY26 Earnings Index, average monthly net earnings in-hand reached ₹28,322 for all active service professionals, excluding InstaHelp. The top 5% of service professionals earned ₹51,673.  

All active service professionals are covered under group life and accidental insurance, which includes life insurance cover of up to ₹10 lakh, disability cover of up to ₹6 lakh, as well as accidental hospitalisation and OPD treatment coverage.

As of February 23, 2026, at 11:59 AM, Urban Company share price on NSE was trading at ₹114.51 down by 2.77% from the previous closing price.
