
TVS Motor Company has launched the Armado 200, a new three-wheeler designed specifically for Indonesia's challenging terrains. This vehicle aims to support the country's growing commercial and logistics sectors.
The Armado 200 is powered by a 197.75 cc oil-cooled engine, ensuring strong performance and durability for commercial use. It boasts a 2,070 mm cargo bed with a payload capacity of up to 840 kg, making it suitable for various business operations.
The vehicle is available in Blue, Red, and White, with an introductory price of IDR 34,900,000 (OTR Jakarta).
Designed for all-terrain comfort, the Armado 200 features leaf-spring suspension with dampers, ergonomic seating, and a padded backrest. A USB charging port is included to meet the digital needs of modern operators.
Peyman Kargar, President of International Business at TVS Motor Company, highlighted the strategic development of the Armado 200.
The vehicle is locally developed, from initial design to final assembly at the TVS Karawang Plant, reflecting TVS Motor's commitment to local engineering excellence.

TVS Motor is collaborating with the AGRINAS and Merah Putih Co-operatives initiative to supply Armado vehicles, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening Indonesia's economic value chain. This partnership aims to boost productivity in suburban and rural areas.
The Armado 200 features a spark-ignition, 197.75 cc vertical cylinder engine with a max power of 10.6 kW at 7,500 rpm and max torque of 15.5 Nm at 5,000 rpm. It includes a 5-speed manual transmission and a 16-litre fuel tank.
The overall dimensions are 3,617 x 1,360 x 1,627 mm, with a ground clearance of 230 mm. The vehicle is equipped with drum brakes on both front and rear, along with a hand brake.
