
Transrail Lighting Limited has announced the receipt of new international orders worth approximately ₹459 crore, as per the exchange filings.
The company said the orders have been secured primarily in its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business and were received in the normal course of business.
The newly secured orders mainly comprise Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects for the construction of transmission lines in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
According to the company, these projects further strengthen its international order book and reinforce its capabilities in executing large transmission infrastructure projects across global markets.
Following the latest order wins, Transrail Lighting's total order inflow for the current financial year has reached approximately ₹1,034 crore.
The company also disclosed that it currently holds an L1 position for projects worth around ₹400 crore, which could further strengthen its order pipeline upon conversion.
Transrail Lighting said it continues to maintain a healthy bidding pipeline across both domestic and international markets.
The company added that its robust order book and strong bidding opportunities position it well to sustain long-term growth.

As of 29 June 2026, at 10:39 AM, Transrail Lighting share price was trading at ₹521.00 per share, reflecting a gain of 1.77% from the previous trading session.
Transrail Lighting has secured international T&D orders worth approximately ₹459 crore, taking its order inflow for the year to over ₹1,000 crore. The company believes its growing order book, strong bidding pipeline and expanding presence in international markets provide a solid foundation for future growth.
