The Phoenix Mills share price will be in focus after the National Company Law Tribunal's Chennai Bench approved a Scheme of Merger and Amalgamation involving five companies and Astrea Real Estate Developers Private Limited, a subsidiary of The Phoenix Mills. 

NCLT Approves Merger Scheme 

The approval was given under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Phoenix Mills informed the stock exchanges about the approval on September 5, 2026. 

The companies involved in the scheme are being merged into Astrea Real Estate Developers, which is a subsidiary of The Phoenix Mills. 

Details of the Scheme 

The scheme involves Coimbatore Sameera Investments, Dhanalakshmi Engineering, Pulankinar Investment and Finance, Shanthi Chandran Enterprises, Shanthi Chandran Investments Coimbatore and Sheela Traders as the transferor companies. Astrea Real Estate Developers is the transferee company.

The Phoenix Mills Share Price Performance 

As of September 04, 2026, The Phoenix Mills share price closed at ₹1,942.00 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.92% from the previous trading session.
