The contract is entirely domestic in nature and will be executed by September 2026. The order value is exclusive of taxes and is linked solely to the manufacture and delivery of rolling stock.
The order has been awarded on a commercial, arm’s-length basis, with no promoter or group entity of Texmaco Rail having any interest in the awarding company.
It also does not qualify as a related-party transaction, ensuring transparency in the contracting process.
