Tech Mahindra has partnered with StackGen to provide AI-based cloud operations services to enterprise customers, as per news reports.
Under the agreement, StackGen’s Autonomous Operations Platform will be offered through Tech Mahindra’s cloud delivery practice, giving clients access to tools for infrastructure management, monitoring and governance.
The companies indicated that the platform is for organisations running cloud workloads across multiple environments while managing operational and compliance requirements.
Businesses are increasing spending on cloud infrastructure to support digital services, data workloads, and AI applications.
This has added pressure on technology teams responsible for provisioning resources, monitoring systems, and maintaining service reliability.
At the same time, many organisations continue to depend on multiple tools for observability and incident management, often resulting in higher operational effort and fragmented workflows.
StackGen’s platform consists of 4 modules under its Aiden framework, covering infrastructure automation, site reliability engineering (SRE), observability and governance.
The infrastructure module supports automated provisioning with policy controls built into the process.
The platform can operate across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), allowing companies to manage workloads across different cloud providers.
The SRE component is to assist teams in monitoring applications and responding to operational issues. StackGen stated that the system can identify anomalies 90% faster than manual monitoring approaches and reduce alert volumes by 90%.
The company also reported a 66% reduction in the time taken to identify the root cause of incidents through automated analysis and alert enrichment features.
The observability offering combines logs, metrics, traces, and application performance monitoring in a single platform. According to StackGen, it supports more than 300 integrations and can be deployed without changes to existing CI/CD pipelines or DevOps workflows.
The company also stated that customers may achieve savings of more than 60% compared with some commercial observability platforms.
