TCS Share Price in Focus as AMD Partnership Bring ‘Helios’ Rack Scale AI Architecture to India

Tata Consultancy Services Limited and Advanced Micro Devices Inc have expanded their strategic collaboration to co develop a rack scale AI infrastructure in India.
Announced on February 16,2026, the initiative will introduce the AMD “Helios” platform to support India’s national AI initiatives.
TCS and AMD Collaboration on Helios AI Platform
TCS, through its subsidiary HyperVault AI Data Center Limited established in 2025, will work with AMD to design AI infrastructure based on the “Helios” platform.
The architecture will be powered by AMD Instinct MI455X GPUs, next generation AMD EPYC “Venice” CPUs, AMD Pensando Vulcano NICs and the ROCm software ecosystem.
The companies will offer an AI ready data centre blueprint supporting up to 200 MW capacity. The collaboration aims to assist hyperscalers and AI companies in accelerating data centre build outs across India.
Focus on Rack Scale AI Infrastructure
The “Helios” platform is designed to deliver rack scale AI infrastructure to support sovereign AI factories. Combined with TCS enterprise capabilities, the platform is intended to support deployment and operational requirements for enterprises adopting AI at scale.
HyperVault AI Data Center Limited was formed with the objective of developing secure and AI ready infrastructure for hyperscalers, AI companies and global enterprises.
