Tata Consultancy Services Limited has announced a partnership with Cisco to establish a Centre of Excellence in Hyderabad focused on Autonomous Enterprise Operations.
Tata Consultancy Services Limited informed exchanges on February 20, 2026, about a press release titled “TCS and Cisco Launch Centre of Excellence for Autonomous Enterprise to Reimagine Operations”. The company has partnered with Cisco Systems Inc to set up a Centre of Excellence in Hyderabad.
The CoE, located at the TCS Synergy Park Campus, aims to help enterprises transition from rule based automation to intelligent and self governing operations using AI driven technologies.
The Centre of Excellence is designed to enable zero touch operations and reduce operational complexity. It will follow the TCS 5 level Services Autonomy Model to help organisations improve operational efficiency and align IT systems with business outcomes.
The initiative will leverage an Agentic AI mesh to sense behavioural states in real time through observability tools, automate processes using conversational AI layers and enable orchestration through intelligent automation frameworks.

The CoE will be powered by Cisco AppDynamics, Cisco Splunk, TCS ignio and TCS Cognix along with enterprise grade application ecosystems. These platforms are expected to provide real time visibility, AI driven decision making and automated problem solving.
The collaboration also plans to develop industry specific solutions tailored to client business processes across sectors.
TCS and Cisco have maintained a partnership spanning over 20 years. The new initiative expands their collaboration in AI led enterprise operations and connected IT ecosystems.
TCS reported consolidated revenues of over $30 billion for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and operates across 55 countries with 202 service delivery centres.
