Tata Consultancy Services has entered into a multi year collaboration with ServiceNow to help enterprises expand artificial intelligence adoption across business operations. The partnership focuses on integrating AI into enterprise workflows, enabling organisations to move beyond pilot projects towards scalable, governance led automation across key operational functions.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and ServiceNow have announced a strategic collaboration designed to accelerate large scale AI deployment across enterprises. The partnership seeks to support organisations in transforming fragmented and manual processes into intelligent workflows capable of learning and improving over time.
The initiative reflects growing enterprise demand for structured AI implementation that integrates technology, governance, and operational execution rather than isolated experimentation.
As part of the agreement, TCS will develop industry specific solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. These solutions will incorporate trusted AI models and unified governance frameworks to enhance workflow automation across departments such as human resources, finance, procurement, supply chain, and employee services.
The objective is to enable workflows that are proactive and data driven, helping organisations streamline operations while improving decision making visibility.
The collaboration aims to help enterprises transition from limited AI trials to organisation wide deployment. By embedding agentic AI directly into workflows, companies may modernise legacy systems and connect previously siloed functions.
Examples highlighted include transforming HR operations into unified hire to retire lifecycle platforms and improving customer order processing through faster, automated workflows that support revenue predictability and operational efficiency.
Both companies plan to invest in co innovation laboratories, solution demonstration centres, and integrated go to market initiatives. These efforts are intended to accelerate adoption while enabling clients to test and implement AI driven solutions aligned with industry requirements.
TCS already utilises ServiceNow’s IT Asset Management platform internally across thousands of devices, providing an operational foundation for expanding joint enterprise offerings.
The partnership will leverage TCS’s AI autonomy framework alongside ServiceNow’s enterprise workflow platform to provide clients with a unified operational view across IT systems and business functions. The approach aims to improve collaboration between departments while enabling continuous optimisation through data driven insights.
