
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a strategic partnership with Anthropic to enhance enterprise AI adoption.
This collaboration aims to empower 50,000 TCS associates with AI capabilities, transforming core enterprise functions and co-innovating industry solutions.
As per the exchange filings, on June 11, 2026, TCS revealed its partnership with Anthropic, an AI company known for the Claude family of models.
This partnership focuses on scaling enterprise AI adoption, particularly in regulated sectors. TCS will set up a dedicated business unit to deliver customer value propositions and industry solutions using Claude models.
In regulated industries, AI initiatives often face challenges at the pilot stage due to stringent accuracy and oversight requirements.
This partnership aims to address these barriers by combining TCS's governance and implementation expertise with Anthropic's AI models.
As part of the collaboration, TCS will equip 50,000 associates across various departments with Claude models through enterprise-wide licensing.
This internal deployment will allow TCS to transform its operations and apply insights to drive client success. The partnership also includes joint market offerings and industry co-innovation.

TCS and Anthropic will jointly market AI solutions across industries, including financial services, healthcare, and telecom.
They will co-innovate solutions for domain-specific workflows and customer experience transformation, supported by TCS's consulting and managed services capabilities.
K Krithivasan, CEO and MD, TCS, stated, “Enterprise AI value comes from understanding business context, orchestrating complex systems, and applying deep AI engineering talent. By combining Claude with our industry expertise, engineering rigor, and large-scale transformation capabilities, we will help customers move faster to production, especially in industries where trust, resilience, and regulatory discipline are critical.”
The partnership extends to TCS products and platforms. In the UK, Diligenta, TCS's life and pensions business, will use Claude to improve customer experience.
Additionally, TCS iON will deliver learning and certification on Claude models, building an AI-certified workforce in India.
As of June 11, 2026, at 10:35 AM, Tata Consultancy Services share price on NSE was trading at ₹2,135.40 down by 0.86% from the previous closing price.
