The company reported a total income of ₹8,825.38 crore and net profit of ₹1,628.18 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
In the June 2026 quarter, Tata Capital Limited reported a 14.7% year-on-year (YoY) increase in total income, reaching ₹8,825.38 crore, compared to ₹7,691.65 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Additionally, there was an 8.1% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) rise from ₹8,162.31 crore in the March 2026 quarter.
In the June 2026 quarter, Tata Capital Limited's net profit (PAT) experienced a 56.4% YoY increase, amounting to ₹1,628.18 crore. This is a rise from ₹1,040.93 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
On a QoQ basis, net profit increased by 11.0% from ₹1,466.27 crore in the March 2026 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Tata Capital Limited's total income stood at ₹31,582.62 crore. The company also reported a net profit (PAT) of ₹4,890.91 crore for the same period, highlighting its financial performance over the year.

The consolidated assets under management (AUM) expanded by 22% year-on-year to reach ₹2,90,502 crore as of June 30, 2026, fueled largely by a core focus on Retail and SME segments which constitute 85.4% of the total loan portfolio.
Growth was even stronger excluding its motor finance vertical, with AUM up 28% to ₹2,66,057 crore. Alongside steady organic growth, the company announced its official entry into the gold loan sector through the acquisition of Yogloans.
Managing Director and CEO Rajiv Sabharwal highlighted that this acquisition aims to diversify the retail lending product line and leverage Tata’s brand strength to address high-frequency secured credit preferences.
Artificial intelligence and automated digital systems served as primary operational tailwinds, helping optimize origination, underwriting, and collections.
While total assets expanded by 22%, corporate headcount increased by roughly 5%, reflecting massive internal productivity gains.
This structural strength extended directly into its material subsidiary, Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited.
The wholly owned housing unit reported a 24% expansion in its individual AUM to ₹89,416 crore, alongside a 29% year-on-year growth in net profit to ₹532 crore for the opening quarter.
