
Tata Capital Limited has designated 3 executives as Senior Management Personnel with effect from May 11, 2026.
The appointments were approved by the company’s Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
The company disclosed the appointments to stock exchanges on May 9, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The newly designated senior management officials are Mr. Sandeep Suhasaria, Mr. Mayank Bhandari and Mr. Mitheel Mody. The 3 executives currently oversee different lending and financing businesses within Tata Capital.
Suhasaria serves as Chief Business Officer for Syndication, Structured Finance and Large Corporate business. Bhandari heads Mid and Emerging Corporate Business, while Mody leads the Cleantech Finance division.
Mr. Sandeep Suhasaria has more than 20 years of experience in banking and financial services. His work has covered corporate lending, syndication, structured finance, capital market financing, and retail loans against securities.
At Tata Capital, he oversees large corporate lending and related financing businesses. Before joining the company, he worked with Citigroup and Dun & Bradstreet. He is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst qualification from the United States.
Mr. Mayank Bhandari has over 18 years of experience in corporate lending across large corporates, mid-market enterprises, supply chain finance and ecosystem financing.
According to the company, his work has included managing lending portfolios and governance frameworks across business cycles.
Before joining Tata Capital, he worked with Tata Motors Finance Limited. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance along with an engineering degree.
Mr. Mitheel Mody has more than 24 years of experience in project and corporate finance across financial institutions, investment banking and infrastructure businesses.
He was among the early members of Tata Cleantech Capital before its merger with Tata Capital. His experience includes deal structuring, syndication and mergers and acquisitions across renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
Earlier, he worked with Essel Infra Limited, SBI Capital Markets Limited, and Essar Power.
As of May 11, 2026, at 11:32 am, Tata Capital share price was trading at ₹316.95, down 1.48% from the previous closing price.
The appointments cover corporate lending, mid-market financing and cleantech businesses within Tata Capital’s operations. The designations will take effect from May 11, 2026.
