
Suzlon Energy Limited has announced that its board will meet on February 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 and the nine‑month period ended December 31, 2025.
The meeting, called on January 28, 2026, will address the Q3FY26 results on both standalone and consolidated bases. The agenda covers the quarter and the nine‑month period ending December 31, 2025.
The board is scheduled to convene on Thursday, February 5, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
In line with the company code of conduct and SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, a trading window has been closed from January 1, 2026, to February 7, 2026.
The window will reopen on February 8, 2026, providing a 48-hour period after the results are declared for insiders to resume trading.

Suzlon has formally notified the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited about the board meeting and the trading window.
The communication was signed by Company Secretary Geetanjali S. Vaidya and filed as required under the listing regulations, ensuring transparency for investors and the public.
On January 28, 2025, Suzlon secured a 248.5 MW wind order from ArcelorMittal for a project in Bachau, Gujarat. This order adds to the company’s contribution of approximately 1,156 MW of green steel capacity in India and reflects its role as a major wind solutions provider.
As of February 01, 2026, at 10:04 AM, Suzlon Energy share price on NSE was trading at ₹48.47 up by 1.68% from the previous closing price.
