State Bank of India Prices $200 Million Senior Unsecured Bond, to be Issued via London Branch on June 5

State Bank of India has priced a $200 million senior unsecured bond issue through its London branch, with the notes set to be listed on Singapore Exchange and NSE-IX.

State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the pricing of a $200 million senior unsecured fixed-rate bond issue as part of its overseas fundraising programme.  

The issuance will be carried out through the bank's London branch and is aimed at strengthening its international funding profile.  

The transaction has been structured as a tap issuance of an existing bond maturing in September 2030.  

$200 Million Bond Priced 

According to the bank's disclosure, SBI has priced senior unsecured Reg-S fixed-rate notes worth $200 million.  

The issue forms part of its outstanding bond due on September 9, 2030, carrying a coupon rate of 4.50% payable on a semi-annual basis.  

The original bond was issued with a maturity period of five years, and the latest fundraising has been executed through an additional tranche under the same issuance.  

Listing On International Exchanges 

The bonds are scheduled to be issued on June 5, 2026, through SBI's London branch. The notes will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange as well as NSE International Exchange (NSE-IX) at GIFT City.  

The overseas issuance is expected to support the bank's diversified funding strategy and strengthen its access to global capital markets.

State Bank of India Share Price Performance 

As of 01 June 2026, at 2:00 PM, State Bank of India share price is trading at ₹954.80 per share, reflecting a decline of 1.00% from the previous closing price.
