Sri Lotus Developers Secures Commercial Redevelopment Project in Juhu with Estimated GDV of ₹1,600 Crore

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Ltd. has been appointed, through its subsidiary, as the developer for a landmark commercial-cum-retail redevelopment project in Juhu, Mumbai, as per the exchange filings.
The proposed project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,600 crore and further strengthens the company's presence in Mumbai's premium commercial real estate segment.
Project to Feature Premium Commercial and Retail Development
The redevelopment involves one of Juhu's established commercial shopping complexes located in a prime area of Mumbai.
The proposed project will comprise a premium commercial and retail development with an estimated carpet area of approximately 3.46 lakh sq. ft. and an estimated GDV of ₹1,600 crore.
Construction Planned from Q3 FY28
According to the company, the project is expected to commence in Q3 FY28 and is targeted for completion within 3 to 4 years from the start of construction.
The appointment also strengthens Sri Lotus Developers' redevelopment portfolio in Mumbai's premium commercial and retail real estate market.
