
Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited has released its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
The company reported a total income of ₹145.99 crore, marking an 114.4% increase compared to the same quarter last year. The net profit also rose by 77.3% year-on-year, reaching ₹45.72 crore.
In the June 2026 quarter, Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited achieved a total income of ₹145.99 crore. This represents an 114.4% increase from ₹68.09 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
However, when compared to the March 2026 quarter, the total income decreased by 54.7% from ₹322.03 crore.
The company's net profit for the June 2026 quarter stood at ₹45.72 crore, showing a 77.3% rise from ₹25.79 crore in the same quarter last year.
Despite this year-on-year growth, the net profit declined by 54.7% from ₹100.92 crore in the March 2026 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited reported a total income of ₹818.72 crore. The net profit for the year was recorded at ₹243.30 crore. These figures provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial health over the year.
The luxury and ultra-luxury developer capitalized on strong real estate demand by expanding its premium redevelopment pipeline across key micro-markets in Mumbai.
Toward the end of June 2026, the company launched two major projects, namely Lotus Trident in Andheri West and Lotus Aquaria in Prabhadevi, which possess a combined gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,350 crore.
Both projects have already commenced construction activities and are experiencing encouraging customer enquiries, providing healthy visibility for future sales.
For the remaining part of fiscal year 2027, the company intends to launch four additional projects namely Lotus Aurelia, Lotus Sky Plaza, Lotus Portofino, and Lotus Odyssey with an estimated combined GDV of ₹3,500 crore to ₹4,000 crore.
Management has released positive operational guidance for the entirety of FY27, backed by a strengthening brand equity in luxury residential spaces.
Pre-sales for the full year are projected to range between ₹1,800 crore and ₹2,000 crore, tracking significantly higher than the ₹1,157 crore recorded in the previous fiscal year.
Furthermore, the company has targeted annual growth rates of 55% to 60% year-on-year for both total revenue and net profit after tax. This targeted growth builds upon the FY26 baseline, where total revenue stood at ₹769 crore and profit after tax closed at ₹243 crore.
