
Small-cap stock Spice Lounge Food Works share price continued its strong rally for the second straight session on Friday, January 16. The stock jumped 5% to hit its upper circuit at ₹36.28 on the BSE.
The stock opened at ₹35.80, compared to its previous close of ₹34.56. There were no fresh announcements or triggers behind the sharp move.
In December 2025, Spice Lounge Food Works acquired 100% ownership of Singapore-based Prisha Infotech for $150,000. This move marks the company’s entry into technology-driven solutions for the food and hospitality sector.
According to the company, Prisha Infotech’s expertise in enterprise software, digital platforms, and tech solutions will help improve operations, customer engagement, and data-based decision-making, while also supporting global expansion through Singapore.
Earlier, the company also secured exclusive Master Franchise rights for Wing Zone, a well-known international QSR brand focused on chicken-based products.
As part of its rollout plan, the first Wing Zone outlet in India will open in Koramangala, Bengaluru, in January 2026. The company plans to expand further in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, followed by other major cities in phases.
The stock touched a 52-week high of ₹72.20 on December 24, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹7.69 on March 10, 2025. The shares are listed only on the BSE.
