For the first half of FY 27, Sobha Limited achieved its highest-ever half-yearly sales value of ₹58.62 billion, selling 3.76 million square feet across 2,260 units.
The company's share of the sales value reached ₹48.74 billion. Compared to H1 FY2026, there was a 47.2% increase in sales value and a 32.4% rise in sales area.
Regional Performance
Bangalore contributed ₹33.85 billion, accounting for 57.7% of total sales. The NCR region recorded ₹19.74 billion, representing 33.7%, while Kerala contributed ₹3.57 billion or 6.1%. Other cities collectively contributed ₹1.46 billion, making up 2.5% of the total sales.

New Launches and Completions
During Q2 FY 27, Sobha Limited launched 1.03 million square feet of saleable area across two projects in Calicut and Mysore.
The company completed 720 homes, totaling 1.49 million square feet of saleable area across 9 wings or blocks.
