Real estate developer Signature Global (NSE: SIGNATURE) has announced an investment of ₹4,800 crore to develop a new luxury housing project in Gurugram, aiming to tap strong demand for premium homes.
The project, named ‘Sarvam at DXP Estate’, is spread across 13.56 acres and is located in Sector 37D on the Dwarka Expressway. It will consist of 1,798 apartments in total.
In the first phase, the company will offer 50% of the total units for sale. The apartments are priced in the range of ₹3 crore to ₹4 crore per unit.
According to Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal, the entire investment will be funded mainly through internal accruals, including advances received from customers. Construction work is expected to begin shortly, with the project targeted for completion by 2032.
The project will feature strong sustainability and wellness elements and is planned to receive IGBC Platinum certification. Signature Global has also partnered with several wellness and lifestyle brands, including the Michael Phelps Swimming Academy.
The launch is expected to support the company’s annual sales booking target of ₹12,500 crore. Signature Global recorded ₹10,290 crore in sales bookings in the last financial year.
In the first half of FY26, sales bookings declined 21% to ₹4,650 crore, but the company remains confident of meeting its full-year target. To fund expansion, Signature Global recently raised ₹875 crore through non-convertible debentures from IFC for mid-income housing projects and debt repayment.
With a ₹4,800 crore investment, Signature Global is strengthening its presence in Gurugram’s premium housing market. The project’s focus on luxury, sustainability, and wellness is expected to drive long-term growth and boost future sales.
