The project will span approximately 12.40 acres and feature 812 premium residences in 3, 4, and 4.5 BHK configurations. Located on Sector 71, Southern Peripheral Road, this area is one of Gurugram’s fastest-growing real estate corridors.
The agreement involves a licence for branding the residences under the prestigious Tonino Lamborghini name.
The design philosophy of Tonino Lamborghini will be incorporated into the building facades and amenities, with branded products featured in common areas such as the lobby and clubhouse.
The commercial terms of the agreement include a flat fee paid in instalments, with an additional fee if the topline exceeds a specified threshold.
This collaboration marks Tonino Lamborghini's significant entry into India's residential real estate market, setting a new benchmark in branded residences.
