
Shadowfax, a technology-driven third-party logistics company, reported its strongest quarterly performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company recorded its highest-ever revenue, improved profitability and expanded margins despite a challenging business environment.
Shadowfax's revenue increased 64.9% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹1,358 crore, marking its fifth consecutive quarter of more than 60% revenue growth. Revenue also grew 9.8% compared with the previous quarter.
The company delivered 24.7 crore orders across its express parcel and hyperlocal delivery businesses during the quarter, an increase of 83.3% YoY.
Express parcel revenue grew 87.3% YoY, while hyperlocal revenue rose 53% YoY, reflecting strong demand across both business segments.
Shadowfax continued to improve its profitability during the quarter.
The company said it achieved these results despite higher fuel costs, wage inflation and continued investments in expanding its network.

He added that the additional capacity created during the quarter positions the company to serve more customers, expand deeper into smaller towns and villages, and support future growth.

On July 31, 2026, Shadowfax Technologies share price (NSE: SHADOWFAX) was trading at ₹247.40, up 12.37% or ₹27.23 in the intraday session. The stock opened at ₹222.40 and climbed to an intraday high of ₹252, which also marked its 52-week high, after touching a low of ₹219.72.
