SG Finserve Share Price Surges Over 7%; Partners with BharatPe Money and Succesship for Digital Lending

SG Finserve Limited has launched a digital lending solution in partnership with BharatPe Money and Succesship Technologies to improve access to formal credit for merchants across India, as per the exchange filings.
Under the collaboration, BharatPe Money will serve as the Lending Service Provider (LSP), while Succesship Technologies will provide the technology platform powering the end-to-end digital lending journey.
End-To-End Digital Credit Platform
The new solution enables eligible businesses to apply for merchant loans through a fully digital and paperless process, offering faster approvals, minimal documentation, and a seamless borrowing experience.
According to the company, the platform has been developed in line with the Reserve Bank of India's Digital Lending Guidelines, placing customer consent, transparency and responsible lending at the centre of the lending process.
Combining Lending, Distribution and Technology
The partnership brings together SG Finserve's lending expertise, BharatPe's merchant network and customer acquisition capabilities, and Succesship's technology platform to make formal credit more accessible for entrepreneurs and MSMEs across the country.
The companies said the collaboration leverages digital distribution and technology to simplify business financing while promoting financial inclusion.
Leadership on MSME Credit Access
Kartik Bakshi, Chief Business Officer, Merchant Lending, BharatPe Money, said India has "over 6 crore MSMEs" that still face gaps in timely access to formal credit.
He said the partnership combines BharatPe's merchant reach with SG Finserve's lending expertise to deliver "a seamless borrowing experience."
Leadership on Digital Lending Platform
Anand Rastogi, Founder, Succesship Technologies, said the company's technology enables digital lending "securely, efficiently and at scale" by simplifying customer onboarding, accelerating loan processing and improving operational efficiency.
Vinay Gupta, CEO, SG Finserve, said the launch reflects the company's commitment to "responsible innovation and financial inclusion" while delivering "a seamless borrowing experience" for micro and small merchants.
