The project is part of a 4.08 MTPA crude steel expansion programme and is set to be completed on a divisible turnkey basis within 32 months from the contract date of September 3, 2026.
Execution and Management
The signing ceremony took place at the Burnpur facility, with Praveen Kumar, Executive Director for SAIL-ISP, and Venkataramani Jaiganesh, Managing Director of SEPC Limited, executing the deal.
The project will be supported by external consulting groups, with M. N. Dastur & Company handling engineering management and MECON Limited providing procurement contract engineering services.
Order Book and Corporate Performance
SEPC Limited's consolidated corporate order book has surpassed the ₹10,000 crore milestone, providing strong multi-year revenue visibility.
In FY26, the company reported a total income of ₹1,085.8 crore and an EBITDA of ₹108.9 crore, with a net profit of ₹53.5 crore, more than doubling its performance from FY25.
