
Seamec Limited has received a contract award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited for providing operation and maintenance services for the vessel MSV Samudra Sevak. The contract has been awarded to a consortium comprising Seamec Limited and Supreme Hydro Pvt Ltd, according to a regulatory disclosure made by the company.
The agreement involves operation and maintenance services for the ONGC-owned vessel Samudra Sevak. The contract tenure will run for 738 days and is expected to begin within 60 days from the issuance of the notification of award.
The total contract value is estimated at approximately ₹410.74 crore including GST.
The Notification of Award was issued by ONGC on March 13, 2026, following the company’s participation in the e-tender process.
The project will be executed by the consortium partners, with Seamec playing a key role in delivering offshore support services under the agreement.

As of March 14,2026, Seamec share price is trading at ₹1,321.20 per share, reflecting a decline of 1.42% from the previous closing price.
The contract strengthens Seamec’s presence in the offshore services segment and adds to its portfolio of projects in collaboration with ONGC. The project is expected to contribute to the company’s operational pipeline over the next two years.
