Sanofi India has announced a final dividend of ₹48 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 for the financial year ended December 31, 2025. This recommendation was made by the company’s Board of Directors during its meeting held on February 25, 2026. However, the dividend payout remains subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming 70th Annual General Meeting.

Record Date and Eligibility

The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been fixed as April 22, 2026. Investors whose names appear in the company’s Register of Members or as beneficial owners in the records of depositories such as National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited at the close of business on this date will be eligible to receive the dividend.

To qualify, investors must ensure they purchase the shares before the ex-date, which is also April 22, 2026, considering settlement timelines.

Recent Dividend History

Sanofi India has maintained a consistent dividend payout track record. In November 2025, the company declared an interim dividend of ₹75 per share. Earlier, in April 2025, it paid a final dividend of ₹117 per share. The current dividend of ₹48 reflects the company’s continued commitment to rewarding shareholders, although at a comparatively lower level than the previous year.

Board Meeting Scheduled To Approve Q1 Results
