
Rolex Rings Limited has reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company experienced an increase in total income and net profit compared to the previous year and the preceding quarter.
In the June 2026 quarter, Rolex Rings Limited's total income increased by 5.5% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹324.17 crore, compared to ₹307.19 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
The income also saw a 5.1% rise quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹308.56 crore in the March 2026 quarter.
The company's net profit (PAT) for the June 2026 quarter rose by 22.3% YoY to ₹60.14 crore, up from ₹49.16 crore a year ago.
This marks a turnaround from the net loss of ₹0.15 crore reported in the March 2026 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Rolex Rings Limited's total income stood at ₹1,193.75 crore. The net profit (PAT) for the same period was ₹141.10 crore, reflecting the company's overall financial health and performance throughout the year.
The manufacturing enterprise registered total operational expenses of ₹2,448.89 million for the three-month period. This marks an increase compared to the ₹2,391.92 million spent in Q1 last year.
Consumption of raw materials and components formed the largest expense block at ₹1,441.26 million, while employee benefit expenses stood at ₹196.10 million.
Profit before tax and exceptional items reached ₹792.84 million, showing strong performance over last year's Q1 figure of ₹679.97 million.
With zero exceptional items this quarter, the profit before tax remained ₹792.84 million. After deducting a total tax expense of ₹191.44 million, net profit after tax settled at ₹601.40 million.
The company's paid-up equity share capital remained unchanged at ₹272.33 million. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter rose sharply to ₹2.21 per share, up from ₹1.81 in the prior-year quarter.
The current EPS figures reflect a historical 10-for-1 equity stock split executed back in October 2025.
The company finalized an equity share buyback program previously authorized by the Board and shareholders. The company successfully repurchased 10,00,000 equity shares from eligible public investors at a premium price of ₹180 per share. This transaction involved an aggregate corporate cash consideration not exceeding ₹1,800 million.
