
RMC Switchgears Limited informed the stock exchange on February 3, 2026, about the receipt of multiple Letters of Intent from Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited for power distribution infrastructure projects in Rajasthan.
The company received Letters of Intent aggregating to ₹200.86 crore (₹200,86,53,263.08), inclusive of taxes, for executing development of distribution infrastructure works under the Revamped Reforms based and Results linked Distribution Sector Scheme.
The projects relate to segregation of 11 KV mixed feeders and mixed load feeders on a turnkey basis.
The first Letter of Intent, valued at ₹1,16,48,79,692.47, pertains to segregation of 11 KV mixed feeders at the Dholpur Circle of Jaipur Discom.
The second Letter of Intent, valued at ₹84,37,73,570.61, relates to segregation of 11 KV mixed load feeders at the Jhalawar Circle of Jaipur Discom.
Both contracts have been awarded by a domestic entity and involve execution of infrastructure development works. The projects are scheduled to commence within 15 days from the date of award of the Letters of Intent and will be completed as per the programme schedule specified by the project authorities.

The contracts do not fall under related party transactions, and neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity. The company stated that it will update the stock exchange on further material developments, if any.
As of February 03, 2026, at 10:38 AM, RMC Switchgears share price on BSE was trading at ₹395.00 up by 2.88% from the previous closing price.
The receipt of Letters of Intent worth ₹200.86 crore adds to RMC Switchgears Limited’s order book and outlines its participation in power distribution infrastructure projects under the RDSS scheme in Rajasthan.
