
RITES Limited has announced its consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company has shown a significant increase in total income, although net profit has seen a slight decline compared to the previous year.
In the March 2026 quarter, RITES Limited reported a total income of ₹799.21 crore, marking a 27.7% increase from ₹625.81 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Compared to the December 2025 quarter, the total income rose by 25.9% from ₹634.85 crore.
However, the net profit for the March 2026 quarter saw a 1.4% decrease to ₹139.35 crore, down from ₹141.33 crore a year ago.
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the net profit increased by 21.1% from ₹115.10 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
For the financial year 2025-26, RITES Limited's total income increased by 9.7% to ₹2,524.57 crore, compared to ₹2,302.06 crore in the previous year.
The net profit for the year rose by 7.3% to ₹454.44 crore from ₹423.66 crore.
The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.75 per share (27.50%) on 48,06,03,774 equity shares of face value ₹10 each for the financial year 2025-26.
This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 52nd Annual General Meeting.
Upon approval, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration, after deducting applicable tax at source.

As of May 19, 2026, at 3:30 PM, RITES share price on NSE was closed at ₹205.10 down by 1.01% from the previous closing price.
RITES Limited has demonstrated a robust increase in total income for the March 2026 quarter and the entire financial year. Despite a slight dip in quarterly net profit, the annual net profit has shown positive growth. The proposed dividend further highlights the company's commitment to rewarding its shareholders.
