However, revenue from operations increased 12.9% YoY to ₹2,98,621 crore. Gross revenue rose 13% to ₹3,25,290 crore, while EBITDA remained almost flat at ₹48,588 crore. EBITDA margin declined by 200 basis points to 14.9%.

For the full financial year FY26, net profit grew 16% to ₹80,775 crore, and revenue rose 9.75% to ₹10,75,675 crore. The company also announced a dividend of ₹6 per share.

Jio Platforms Shows Strong Growth

Jio Platforms delivered strong performance across revenue and profitability. Segment revenue rose 12.6% YoY to ₹38,259 crore, while profit increased 13% to ₹7,935 crore. EBITDA jumped 17.9% to ₹20,060 crore, and margin improved to 52.4%.

Average revenue per user (ARPU) increased to ₹214, and the subscriber base grew 7.4% YoY to 524.4 million. The company also confirmed that plans for the Jio IPO are moving forward.

Reliance Retail Faces Margin Pressure

Reliance Retail reported 11.1% YoY revenue growth to ₹87,344 crore, while profit rose slightly by 0.5% to ₹3,563 crore. EBITDA increased 3.1% to ₹6,921 crore, but margins fell to 7.9%.

Oil-to-Chemicals Business Hit by High Costs

The oil-to-chemicals segment recorded 12.4% YoY revenue growth to ₹1,84,944 crore.

However, EBITDA declined 3.7%, and margins fell to 7.9%. Rising crude costs, higher freight and insurance expenses, and fuel price controls impacted profitability.

Revenue from the oil and gas segment fell 8.9% YoY to ₹5,867 crore due to lower gas production and reduced price realisation. EBITDA dropped 18.1%, and margins declined sharply.

New Energy Business Update
