Reliance Power Announces Entry into AI and New-Age Technologies 

Reliance Power informed the exchanges that it has undertaken enabling steps through its subsidiaries to participate in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence (AI) and allied new-age technologies. 

According to the company, the initiative is aimed at incorporating AI and technology-driven activities into its business framework. 

Subsidiaries Renamed to Reflect AI Focus 

As part of the initiative, Reliance Power has amended the objects of certain subsidiaries to include artificial intelligence and technology-enabled services. 

The company has also approved new names for these subsidiaries, including: 

  • Reliance AI Green Power Private Limited  

  • Reliance AI Power Private Limited  

  • Reliance AI Data Control Private Limited  

  • Reliance AI Data C Private Limited  

The changes are intended to support the company's participation in AI-related business activities.

Reliance Power Share Price Performance 

As of July 1, 2026, at 12:27 PM, Reliance Power share price was trading at around ₹28.35 per share on the NSE. It opened at ₹25.14 on the NSE and touched an intraday high of ₹29.40 and a low of ₹24.97. 

The company's market capitalisation stood at ₹11,737.32 crore. 

Over the past 3 months, Reliance Power share price has gained nearly 30%, outperforming the Sensex, which has risen around 5% during the same period.
