Redington Q1 FY27 Results: Profit Jumps 77% to ₹486 Crore, Revenue Hits Record ₹34,966 Crore

Redington Ltd. reported its strongest-ever quarterly performance for the quarter ended June 2026 (Q1 FY27), driven by robust demand across its technology businesses and key markets. The company posted record revenue and profit, supported by strong growth in India, higher enterprise spending, and continued momentum in cloud, cybersecurity and premium mobility solutions.
The performance reflects broad-based growth across business segments and geographies, with profit growing at a much faster pace than revenue.
Redington Posts Record Revenue and Profit in Q1 FY27
For Q1 FY27, Redington's consolidated revenue rose 34% year-on-year to ₹34,966 crore, marking the highest quarterly revenue in the company's history. Profit after tax (PAT), excluding exceptional items, jumped 77% YoY to ₹486 crore, while the PAT margin stood at 1.4%.
India remained the company's strongest market during the quarter, with revenue increasing 63% and profit after tax rising 60% compared with the same period last year.
According to the company, growth was driven by the execution of large enterprise deals, higher PC realisations amid industry-wide memory supply constraints, continued premiumisation in smartphones, and healthy demand for cloud and cybersecurity solutions. Revenue from the Middle East and Africa also grew 15% year-on-year, despite geopolitical uncertainties.
Strong Growth Across Technology Businesses
All major business segments delivered healthy growth during the quarter.
The Software Solutions Group (SSG) grew 52% year-on-year, led by increased adoption of cloud, cybersecurity, AI-enabled solutions and subscription-based software offerings.
The Endpoint Solutions Group (ESG) recorded 35% growth, supported by higher PC realisations and steady market demand. Meanwhile, the Mobility Solutions Group (MSG) grew 21%, driven by strong demand for premium smartphones, while the Technology Solutions Group (TSG) posted 50% growth, aided by large enterprise and data-centre projects.
Commenting on the results, Managing Director and Group CEO V.S. Hariharan said the company had started FY27 on a strong note, adding that profit growth significantly outpaced revenue growth, reflecting its focus on sustainable and profitable expansion.
Conclusion
Redington delivered a record start to FY27 with strong double-digit growth across revenue, profitability and key business verticals. Supported by increasing enterprise technology spending and continued demand for cloud, cybersecurity and mobility solutions, the company's Q1 performance highlights the strength of its diversified business model and operational execution.
